We look at the energies of the planets through these phases, essentially from birth, to understand how they can be worked with in the present and coming phases of your life. Dive into your physical, emotional, and spiritual state of being from the perspective of Āyurveda. In this session we will look into the patterns that are keeping you in or off balance in order to determine a plan that will help you to get into alignment with the natural order & with your highest self. This session includes a list of lifestyle & diet recommendations that can be incorporated in order to support you as you come into alignment with the natural order.

This initial assessment can be booked alone or as the first in a series of ongoing sessions (Intrinsic Counseling).

Ongoing Sessions where we use astrology to identify the psychological, ancestral, and karmic patterns that impact you and the way that you navigate the manifestation so that we can understand what it is that we need to work on, and how we can move through life with more ease. What is it that needs to be released? What should we be building? Āyurveda is incorporated to help us to maintain a healthy & grounded connection with the earth while we embark on our journey through life.

30 min to 2 hour Sessions can be booked weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (I see most clients monthly for hourly sessions).

Week 3: Counseling Session 1 ~ What is keeping you where you are? This is where we discuss and implement your plan for moving forward (1 hour)
