Intrinsic Coaching Starter Session

You. Your life. Your experience. From the perspective of the cosmic order.<br><br>The Intrinsic Coaching Starter Session is meant to be the first in a series, but can be booked alone. In this session, we will cover you; your needs, goals, desires, history, and more, through the lens of Jyotish (astrology) & Āyurveda. <br><br>This is not a full reading of the natal chart, nor is it a full Āyurvedic intake appointment. It is geared more toward you, your experience, and what it is that you need to move through this particular space and time. It is my hope that clients leave this sessions with a holistic picture of who they are and where they are going in terms of the great cosmic order. <br><br>1-2 hours<br><br>This initial assessment can be booked alone or as the first in a series of ongoing sessions (Intrinsic Counseling).

Astrology Reading (Single Session)

Your experience from the perspective of the cosmos. In depth readings go into the different phases of your life to provide an understanding of the patterns at play. We look at the energies of the planets through these phases, essentially from birth, to understand how they can be worked with in the present and coming phases of your life. Āyurvedic Assessment (Single Session)

Dive into your physical, emotional, and spiritual state of being from the perspective of Āyurveda. In this session we will look into the patterns that are keeping you in or off balance in order to determine a plan that will help you to get into alignment with the natural order & with your highest self. This session includes a list of lifestyle & diet recommendations that can be incorporated in order to support you as you come into alignment with the natural order. <br><br>1-2 Hours<br><br>This initial assessment can be booked alone or as the first in a series of ongoing sessions (Intrinsic Counseling). <br><br>

Intrinsic Coaching (Single Follow-up session)

*Initial session required first (Can also be booked Astrology reading or an Āyurvedic Assessment)<br><br>Ongoing Sessions where we use astrology to identify the psychological, ancestral, and karmic patterns that impact you and the way that you navigate the manifestation so that we can understand what it is that we need to work on, and how we can move through life with more ease. What is it that needs to be released? What should we be building? Āyurveda is incorporated to help us to maintain a healthy & grounded connection with the earth while we embark on our journey through life. <br><br>30 min to 2 hour Sessions can be booked alone, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (I see most clients bi-weekly for hourly sessions)<br><br><br>
