Your experience from the perspective of the cosmos. In depth readings go into the different phases of your life to provide an understanding of the patterns at play. We look at the energies of the planets through these phases, essentially from birth, to understand how they can be worked with in the present and coming phases of your life. It is my hope that clients leave these sessions with a holistic picture of who they are and where they are going in terms of the great cosmic order.
This initial assessment can be booked alone or as the first in a series of ongoing sessions (Intrinsic Counseling).

Āyurvedic Assessment
$250.00
Dive into your physical, emotional, and spiritual state of being from the perspective of Āyurveda. In this session we will look into the patterns that are keeping you in or off balance in order to determine a plan that will help you to get into alignment with the natural order & with your highest self. This session includes a list of lifestyle & diet recommendations that can be incorporated in order to support you as you come into alignment with the natural order.

1:1 Intrinsic Counseling (Ongoing sessions)
$70.00 - $250.00
*Initial session required first (Can also be booked Astrology reading or an Āyurvedic Assessment)
Ongoing Sessions where we use astrology to identify the psychological, ancestral, and karmic patterns that impact you and the way that you navigate the manifestation so that we can understand what it is that we need to work on, and how we can move through life with more ease. What is it that needs to be released? What should we be building? Āyurveda is incorporated to help us to maintain a healthy & grounded connection with the earth while we embark on our journey through life.
30 min to 2 hour Sessions can be booked alone, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (I see most clients bi-weekly for hourly sessions)SelectQuantity
Starter Intrinsic Session Package
$600.00 - $825.00
Intrinsic Counseling Starter package includes 2 introductory sessions (Astrology & Āyurveda) and ongoing sessions at a discounted rate.
If you have already had an astrology reading or an Āyurvedic Intake with me, this option is not for you (please check out the Ongoing Intrinsic Session Package)
Starter Intrinsic Package sessions might look a bit like this:
Week 1: A look at your psychology, history, and patterns through the natal chart (1.5 hours)
Week 2: A look at your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing through an Āyurvedic Evaluation (1 hour)
Week 3: Counseling Session ~ What is keeping you where you are? This is where we discuss and implement your plan for moving forward (1 hour)
Week 4: Counseling Session (1 hour) ~ Moving forward, making adjustments where necessary
Week 5: Counseling Session (1 hour) ~ Continued coaching to support your alignmentSelectQuantity
Ongoing Intrinsic Session Package
$360.00 - $800.00
Ongoing Intrinsic Session Packages are for clients who have already had an astrology reading or an Āyurvedic Intake with me.
These are ongoing discounted sessions for clients who want to commit.
