The Intrinsic Coaching Starter Session is meant to be the first in a series, but can be booked alone. In this session, we will cover you; your needs, goals, desires, history, and more, through the lens of Jyotish (astrology) & Āyurveda.

This is not a full reading of the natal chart, nor is it a full Āyurvedic intake appointment. It is geared more toward you, your experience, and what it is that you need to move through this particular space and time. It is my hope that clients leave this sessions with a holistic picture of who they are and where they are going in terms of the great cosmic order.
